refunds

  • refunds will only be available to those who receive defective products.
  • if you would like a refund or an exchange, please email help@cloverchibi.com
  • requests to refund or exchange your purchase must be made within 30 days of purchase.

 

liability of packages

  • i am not liable for any lost packages delivered through USPS and am not able to offer replacements or refunds for missing orders.
  • please keep your tracking number at hand and check with your local post office if you believe your package has gone missing.
