i am not liable for any lost packages delivered through USPS and am not able to offer replacements or refunds for missing orders. please keep your tracking number at hand and check with your local post office if you believe your package has gone missing !

here are some general tips for making sure you receive your package safely:

• check your tracking number once a day after your order has been shipped out.
• if you know what day your order is being delivered, try to retrieve it the day it arrives.
• sometimes when you use a fake name on your order, the postman wont know who your package is for and will simply send it back to the sender (me).
• if you want to stay as anonymous as possible, please use your real name for the first name and an initial for the last name ! this helps ensure your order will get delivered and wont be returned to me.
• if you believe your package has gone missing, check in with your local post office to see where it is. they wont be able to help you without your tracking number, so keep that at hand !

refunds are only available to those who receive defective products.
requests to refund or exchange your purchase must be made within 30 days of purchase.

because i make nearly all of my products myself, i am usually very good about finding errors/defective products. however, if one slips through the cracks, i want to make it right ! do not be afraid to reach out to me if you have any concerns about your order.
