orders are dropped off at the post office every friday.
once your order has been dropped off, you will receive an email letting you know its on its way ! the email will also provide you with a tracking number unless you only ordered stickers !! (orders containing only stickers are sent in envelopes and do not have a tracking number.)
💬 do you really make everything by hand ?
well, not everything… but most things, yes !! i am extremely proud of my quality and work. i am very lucky to be in the print business, so i have access to a lot of equipment that would otherwise cost me a fortune.
pretty much all products are printed, cut, laminated, heat-pressed, and put together by me solely. there are a few products i dont make, however, which are as follows:
- plastic/epoxy keychains
- pillows
- plushies
- pretty much any plastic item

💬 how can i get free shipping ?
all orders in the USA qualify for free shipping when you spend $35 or more. if you are anywhere else in the world, your flat rate shipping cost is $14.99.
i also occasionally give out free shipping coupons, so keep your eyes peeled !! if there is a free shipping promo, i will announce the discount code on my social media (twitter, my livestreams, etc.)
💬 do you offer refunds ?
refunds are only available to those who receive defective products.
because i make nearly all of my products myself, i am usually very good about finding errors/defective products. however, if one slips through the cracks, i want to make it right ! do not be afraid to reach out to me if you have any concerns about your order.
i will always do my best to make things right for my customers !!!!!

do you take commissions ?
yep !! i love taking commissions ! all of my commissions are taken via vGen.
vGen is a newer site that is all about commissions. you can search for artists, styles, types of art, and more ! they even have built in tos, tipping, buyer and seller protection, etc.
why are your commission prices so high ?
actually, i dont think they are too high considering what i provide you with!
when you buy a traditional piece commission from me, i am creating your piece by hand with real art materials and supplies. my prices cover any sort of special markers/colors, stickers, glitter, etc. that i may need to complete your drawing. i also ship your original piece to you via first class mail. your first round of revisions/changes to your rough draft are also free !
my time is very valuable to me (as i dont get a lot of it !), so i price my art accordingly. if you ever have questions about my pricing or want to negotiate, please feel free to reach out ! i am very open to working with you to provide what i can within your budget.
what materials do you use to draw ?
- traditional art
copic markers, crayola crayons, prismacolor colored pencils, deleter brand ink/dip pen, miscellaneous glitters (nail polish, loose glitters, sequins, etc.), and stickers. - digital art
wacom one tablet, paint tool sai 2, photoshop, and occassionally ms paint.
how long have you been drawing ?
my mom liked to draw a lot, so she got me started with painting when i was only 2 years old !! i tried a lot of types of art when i was younger (collages, paints, crayons, colored pencils, etc.), but i didnt get into digital art until i was about 9 years old.
where are you from ?

when is your birthday ?
my birthday is december 26th, the day after christmas ! 🎄🎂
